cinco de mayo recipes / loveandlemons.com

Happy (almost) Cinco De Mayo! Here in Austin, we never need an excuse to eat Mexican food – but if you do, here are just a few of our favorites:

(pictured above)
Spicy Serrano Corn Salsa  /  Jalapeño Margaritas
Veggie Cevice Tacos  /  Tequila Lime Fish Tacos
Mexican Street Corn Salad  /  Chilaquiles
Poblano “Crema” Enchiladas  /  Spicy Black Bean Soup

I’m off to go pour the margaritas!

Indeed, here are the steps you will take to have your replacement
windows installed:. Never tthe less, this cause us
tto scramble to push the schedule up for completion. Uncle Ben advised Peter Parker that “with great power comes great responsibility”, and
the would-be hero took thhose words too heart
and used them to start his acts of valor andd heroism.

Great roundup! That corn salad looks amazing, I bet it’d be great with a thick layer of sriracha on top. 🙂

Thanks for sharing, I’m going to give the mini ceviche tacos a whirl as I’ve been meaning to for a while and this seems like the perfect occasion! Oh and the street corn salad is amazing!

Can’t wait to try those tequila lime fish tacos. We were talking about fish tacos today at the pool and I literally just saw these, so perfect timing. Thanks!

Great round up! I actually make your jalapeño margaritas often. When you featured it I was in grad school at St. Andrews and we celebrated with them after turning in our dissertations. Will have to make them again tomorrow to reminisce 🙂
